Employment Policy

CEEMET’s work in the area of employment policy covers topics such as Flexicurity, European Works Councils, active ageing policies; collective bargaining and work-life balance.

CEEMET supports the integrated policy mix approach that is being proposed by the European Commission and welcomes the approach that focus should shift from job security to employment security.
